As an attorney the apps PDA Wizard makes for the penal law,CPL,VTL, and patrol guide are essential. It is much easier to navigate than a book and is extremely useful in court. Plus the developers are extremely responsive. After suggesting the app have the ability to sync bookmarks from prior versions I received an email the same day saying that the feature would be added with the next update. This app is a must have reference for anyone in the field, students or even people interested in the law. Highly recommend this app and the others by PDA.

Excellent App for any law enforcement personnel to have handy when policing or patrolling. The whole book is in your pocket. Updates every year. Ive had this App for 2 years now. Very satisfied.
